CallGlide is a Cloud PBX and Contact Centre for Salesforce. It provides a comprehensive Interactive Voice Response, (IVR) / Auto Attendant system and is highly integrated with Salesforce. As soon as an inbound call arrives Salesforce data is inspected to identify the caller and gather information useful for routing and queue prioritisation. The data from Salesforce is used to construct a personalised and efficient user journey to the correct destination, whether that be a self service interaction with Salesforce or connection to the most appropriate agent via a queue.

In Call
  • Whisper – Allow agents to privately hear customer details before being connected to the caller. Useful when the agent is not at his computer or using Salesforce. * Agent Configurable.
  • Screen Pop – Caller details are presented in the GallGlide Salesforce SoftPhone. Additionally agents can set up screen pops. * Agent Configurable.
  • Optional Recording – With Pause control to allow for taking payment details.
  • Call Logging – Automatically create Activities/Tasks in Salesforce. Even missed calls are logged against Salesforce records.
  • Call Control – Hold, Blind Transfer, Attended Transfer, Pause Recording, Click To Dial.
